Sara Salinas, LCSW

Hi! I am Sara and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for the state of Texas. I have been in the mental health field for four years working with patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics. My passion is being a mom and traveling the world.

My mission in life is to help make a positive difference in someone else's story. I work with adults who are battling depression, anxiety, and trauma by utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a strengths-based approach. I am basic trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
