Hannah Pederson, LCSW-C
Many people come to therapy feeling stuck in familiar patterns, disconnected from themselves, or exhausted from trying to “push through” without adequate support. I’ve been there myself, and have seen how strength and resilience can emerge when people are met with compassion and genuine understanding. My role is to help you slow things down, make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop tools that feel realistic and empowering. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse, as well as the complicated emotions that often come with change, recovery, and life transitions.
My practice is relational, trauma-informed, person-centered, and strengths-based, guided by a systems perspective that considers the broader contexts shaping our experiences. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, MI, and mindfulness practices, tailoring our work to your goals, strengths, and what feels most helpful to you.
I believe therapy should feel human, collaborative, and empowering instead of a one-size-fits-all approach. I see you as the expert in your own life, and believe healing happens best within a safe, authentic relationship. When you feel ready, I invite you to reach out.
