Hi! I’m Lupita, a Licensed Therapist in Massachusetts and Texas. I graduated with my Master’s from Baylor University and have experience working with both adolescents and adults. I’m passionate about supporting people through challenges like anxiety, depression, loss, and especially helping LGBTQ+ individuals navigate their identity and feel confident in who they are.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my friends, family, and my dog, Nova. I enjoy writing poetry, getting lost in a good book, and finding new ways to unwind, like building LEGO sets.

I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves to feel understood and supported. My approach is all about building a strong, trusting relationship where you can feel safe exploring whatever’s on your mind. I’d love to help you gain clarity and confidence as we work through life’s ups and downs together.
